MLD massage has effective, relaxing, pain-relieving and immunological effects. It’s a gentle, flowing rhythmic form of massage which improves the lymphatic flow around the body.

As you can see MLD massage is a massage for all! It is also used alongside our Wood Therapy and Aesthetics treatments. It is advised to have a MLD massage once a week if you are receiving it post-surgery or to help treat a problem, however this is not always doable for everyone so once every 2 weeks is fine and then monthly to continue help maintain the benefits
